Use the app to run pickleball sessions. Don't break it or abuse it. Pro is a one-time purchase; refunds go through Apple or Google.
01 License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, for managing pickleball play sessions. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the app.
02 In-app purchase
PB Queue is free to download and use, with certain limits on the free tier. An optional one-time Pro purchase removes those limits. The purchase:
- is a one-time charge, not a subscription,
- is billed by Apple or Google, not by us,
- unlocks Pro features for the store account used to make the purchase,
- can be restored on a new device via Settings → Restore purchases.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
03 Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not use it to store unlawful content or in any way that interferes with its operation.
04 Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for any data you enter and should not rely on the app as your only record of a session.
05 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
06 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
